Vance Digital Call-In Dictation Service is the affordable way to offer a toll-free telephone dictation option to your clients with very little up-front cost and affordable per-minute charges. You will be able to manage transcription workflow for dictators and transcriptionists using a secure online website. Features include document management, transcription workflow, electronic signature and custom reporting. You are billed only for the minutes you use. Dictation files can be downloaded via FTP or secure web page.

Each dictator is given a unique 4-digit PIN. When calling the toll-free number, the dictator is prompted to enter the PIN and then begin dictating. The caller can be prompted to enter other information such as medical record number and account number. The recording process--record, play, stop, rewind, fast forward, etc.--is controlled via the telephone keypad
